- Returns and Refunds
You can only return non-personalized and non-customized items unless there is a manufacturing defect. Return the item in the original packaging in original condition within 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return item. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price minus a restocking charge ($5.00) and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable .

- Personalized or customized items
No returns or exchanges are accepted on personalized or customized items. We will exchange goods if they are defective within 7 days of purchase. Please check your item promptly after receiving it and notify us of any issues immediately. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 519-290-3967 with details of the product and the defect. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If item is deemed defective shipping costs will be refunded along with a replacement item. We encourage you to contact us before shipping item back to the store.
