To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and received within 30 days of purchase.
No personalized items may be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. We only accept returns on all other products, for manufacturer defects and within 30 days of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without consulting us first. Customer is responsible for any costs and return postage if they proceed to send the item back to us without consulting us first.
There are certain situations where no refund is granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items purchased on sale cannot be returned.
- Gift cards or certificates are non-refundable
If it is decided that the item should be returned, we will notify you that your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or an electronic funds transfer (EFT) will be sent to the email corresponding with the order. An email will be sent to you confirming the refund and when to expect your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Do not send your item back to us until you have contacted us. We may request an image of the manufacturer defect.
Only return your product if we have directed you to do so. It’s not always necessary to return an item. If you are requested to return your item, we will forward the address to you or arrange for pick up.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
